Online Booth

The following post is a post to show easy-to-replicate glaze combinations
You might want to order from these if you are having trouble dealing
with picking pots from the blog....

I'm not going to lie.  I'm most excited about these calm cups with the madly beautiful rims.  I will only be doing these color combinations on cups or maybe vases for now.  They look great on vertical forms
I'm pretty excited about this blue dot series as well.  It looks so groovy, but it's really reliable.  I would do this combination on any form.  There are 2 color options for the interior: the lighter blue or the cobalt blue
Broadway blue with strontium
Cornflower blue with peacock
 Reeve Green with emerald
Peacock with Sun
Shino with strontium

The above combinations: Broadway/strontium, cornflower/peacock, reeve/emerald, peacock/sun, shino/strontium are combinations I've used for over 30 years. I've recently fixed my gas kiln, so they are all coming out really well.  They are all great on any shape, but my kiln is big, so the turnaround time on these can be longer
 copper blue with emily
spring with binn's
Robin's egg with tenmoku
Robin's egg can be replaced with a white as well
 copper blue with runny blue

The above combinations: copper/emily, spring/binn's, Robin's egg/tenmoku, and copper/runny all come from the same kiln. They are great on any form, and I can make orders for these colors relatively quickly
emily/strontium
satin coral/binn's

frilly white

The above 3 combinations all come out of the gas kiln.  They actually have a symbiotic relationship in the kiln.  The grey highlight on the frilly white only happens if there is some of that strontium glaze in the kiln.  Pottery is crazy. All 3 of these combinations look great on all forms.  As with the other gas kiln pots
 glossy blue
 blue/stone
The glossy blue and the blue stone are both great on any shape.
wacky chartreuse with stone
spring green with black circles
orange, red, gold with black circles
spring with stone
spring with emerald
All of the circle series are fun to make.  They work with any form
The only decision with this gold interior white dot is whether you prefer the black rim or the grey and the glossy white (right) or the matte (left)
gold with amber or gold with gloss black
 gold with tan matte
 gold with periwinkle (stripes only)
gold with red.  Great with circles, stripes or swirls.
The gold is super exciting.  I've not made any large serving bowls yet except for the 12" x 4" high wide rimmed bowls.  I'm not wild about doing it on cups.
Too much work for not enough of a pay off!  Everything else should be fine, though.

 purple/emerald
 purple/starshine
pink/green
purple/green
green/aqua
orange green
 red with orange
orange/plum
plum/red
red/plum

All of these super-bright combinations are relatives of the old red clay range from my lizkinder.com days.  The only difference is that you can choose the black clay or the brown, and I've cut out some colors and added some others.
